Selling Terms
TEMTO Technology Co., Ltd is your professional partners for optical components and instruments. We are ready to supply you our most consummate service at any time.
We do business base on integrity & honesty basis. Following are the principles we base on in business, pls check it.We always keep our promise and warranty, we have never broken it as an exception.
Order:
The order through e-mail or fax with formal format is acceptable. We will check it and confirm you the order within next 24 hours of working time.
Price:
All the prices we quote are base on US Dollars FOB Fuzhou,China unless otherwise advice or state in quotation.
Shipping:
We always ship with customers express account, for example: FedEx, UPS, DHL or the shipping carrier which customers selected. If the shipment method is not specified, we will default to use the most efficient and economical method for your orders in our side through FedEx UPS,DHL, UPS or By Air. The prepaid shipping and handing charges will be added to your invoice.
Payment terms:
All our payment are base on US Dollar unless otherwise agreed in order. For new customers, we always do business base on advance payment terms. However, 20days net terms, 30days net payment or L/C payment is available base on approval credit.
Warranty:
We are responsible for all the products from our production plant. TEMTO reserve the right to re-work or replace the defective products. We will bear all the re-work or replacement charge if the defect is informed within 60days of shipment. However, TEMTO will be free of liability if the errors are caused by improper handling or storing at customers end.
Returns:
Any product with defect in quality or performance, or any divarication in product, pls send them back to us for re-work or re-evaluation. We will absorb the shipping charge. If necessary, we will provide a RMA number to you for returning.
Order Postpone and Cancel:
If any order need be to canceled, pls informed us before we begin the production. If any order need to be postponed, pls informed us 2 weeks before its shipment date. Any delay, the customer will bear the loss or charge of our end.
